BEAVERTON, Ore. -- A Forest Grove man was arrested after drinking in a strip club then exposing himself at a Target store across the street, before driving himself home, deputies said Friday.

A woman shopping at the store on Beaverton Hillsdale highway said she saw the man walking around the store exposing himself just before 8 p.m. Thursday, according to Washington County sheriff's deputies.

She told employees, who followed the man out to the parking lot and got the license plate number before he drove home.

That information led officers to the Forest Grove home of 35-year-old Kevin Richmond.

According to deputies, Richmond said he was across the street drinking at the Dolphin II club before he went to Target.

Richmond was arrested for indecent exposure and drunk driving.

Investigators were trying to find the woman who first reported the crime and asked that she contact Washington County deputies.
