Clackamas County deputies arrested Justin B. Blackledge after an investigation started by Oregon City Police in September, 2008.

Investigators said Blackledge was having a sexual relationship with the girl during 2007-2008, during which time he also put explicit photos of her on a website with her contact information and lists of sexual services.

Blackledge introduced the girl to johns in the Beaverton-Portland area, according to police.

Blackledge was charged with compelling prostitution, unlawful display of a child in a sex act and several counts of encouraging child sex abuse.

His bail was set at $250,000.
