24/7 Fits YOUR Schedule
The 24/7 Newschannel was built for your convenience. It’s the only 24-hour local channel in the Treasure Valley dedicated 100% to local news, sports, and weather. There are 3 ways to find 24/7 quick and easy.
1. If you have a rabbit-ear (or rooftop) antenna, then check UHF channel 49. If you still can’t see Ch.49, then enter your TV set’s “menu” and “auto program” the channels. Ch.49 should appear.
2. If you have a new digital TV or a digital set-top box, you can get 24/7 off-air on digital channel 7.2. You will need a “DTV” antenna on your rooftop (or rabbit ears) depending on where you live.
3. You can get 24/7 by subscribing to CableOne and watching channel 28. If your cable operator doesn’t offer 24/7, then call them and ask for it.
But what if I have a satellite dish?
You can still get 24/7 if you have a satellite dish, but it will take some effort. First, ask your satellite provider to install an antenna for the “Boise-HD-channels”, and then you will get digital Ch. 7.2. Otherwise you can install an A/B switch to go back and forth between satellite and off-air. Or, switch to CableOne (375-8288).
If you want to talk to an installation expert, call Sight and Sound by Design at 288-2800. They are a premiere custom audio/video contractor, and they are willing to help you connect to the 24/7 Newschannel. |
